• Coach Registration

    2026/2027 SEASON

  • Thank you for your willingness to coach this season for ALVC. Your expertise and dedication mean a lot to us, and we're excited for a fantastic season ahead.

    Before you begin the registration, please note that we will require the following info/tasks to be completed:

    You need to create accounts with the following:

    • Register MRS as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach and OVA Screening Disclosure  - must be done annually after September 1st (Click Here)
    • Go to the Locker and create an NCCP account to get your official coach number (Click Here)
    • Create a Volleyball Canada Coaching Centre account (Click Here)

    You need to complete the following 5 online modules:

    • NCCP Making Head Way Training
    • Direct Athlete Contact Safe Sports Training
    • Anti-Racism in Coaching (complete after September 1st)
    • Foundations of Volleyball - $89*
    • Making Ethical Decisions Online Evaluation (40 minutes) - $85*

    *The club will reimburse you for the cost of these, just please keep the receipt and Michelyn will reimburse you. Please send both at the same time if possible, along with your MRS receipt to alvccoordinator@outlook.com.

    You will need to upload a scan/photo/file of the following documents: 

    • A Level 2 Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) or Enhanced Police Information Check (E-PIC) completed within 3 years
    • Certifications of each of the 5 completed modules
    • A short bio about your coaching history (Filled out later on form)
