    Black & Pink National is a prison abolitionist organization dedicated to abolishing the criminal punishment system and liberating LGBTQIA2S+ people and people living with HIV/AIDS who are affected by the carceral system. Staying connected to people inside prisons and jails is the best way to support this work.

  • Due to the nature of some of the letters and relationship building that happens with penpals and mail processing, it's important that all volunteers have a foundation and understanding of the needs of our inside members. We all deserve community and safety, so please be sure to enter the space openly and without judgement, fear, or shame.
