Puppy Application
Every family is different, and there are no right or wrong answers. We know many families have two working adults and we don't expect anyone to be a superhero and quit a day job just to be able to take home a puppy. Every puppy family has different needs, and this application helps us identify who needs what information and what homes might make the best fit. If you're a veteran Golden owner, we don't want to waste your time regaling things you already know; by the same token, if this is your first puppy or first Golden, we want to make sure you leave prepared for what life with a puppy may bring. Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Judy, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

If this application is approved, you'll be notified when the puppies are born and be required to send a non-refundable deposit within 7 days in order to hold the puppy of your choice. Please note our deposit policy: if you make a deposit, you are committing to take a puppy from the litter. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

From time to time we may decide to keep a puppy out of a litter. We reserve the right to hold puppies. This may mean that certain puppies may not be available for a couple weeks while we decide on if we may keep the said puppy or not.

Puppies will go to their new homes at 8 weeks. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. Puppies must be picked up within 7 days unless other written arrangements are made.

We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.

If you purchase "Limited Registration" we require spay/neuter NOT BEFORE ONE YEAR OF AGE.
