There is no fee to be an exhibitor. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing their own table, setup, and teardown.

1. The Exhibitor signup deadline is August 21, 2024. Any organization that submits a request form after the deadline is not guaranteed an exhibitor spot for the event.

2. As exhibitors, we agree to attend and set up for the event liosted above. We hereby declare that we have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the contract. We agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the DARAC 2024 Daviess County Recovery Day Celebration and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue, as a condition of allotment of space. We hereby sign and agree to be bound by them.

3. Any booking is only valid after it is confirmed by the organizer and if the organization is registered before the deadline.
