Faculty Preference Form
Your faculty choices will populate when you select your semester and genre.

Students are assigned faculty advisors by the Faculty Advisory Committee in consultation with the Program Director. First-semester students do not submit faculty preference forms. Second semester students submit unranked faculty preferences. Third, fourth, and fifth semester students submit ranked faculty preferences. Students submitting faculty preference forms may opt out of stating preferences by choosing the “trust the process” option. Advisor assignments are announced mid-residency.
