If accepted into the course, you will negotiate in class daily. Because of this, attendance at all classes is mandatory, and missing a class will severely affect your grade. Please pay close attention to the HLS calendar, and particularly to those times when your home school academic calendar may differ. You will still need to attend HLS class, even if your home school is on break.

You also will not be able to Zoom into class. Due to Harvard Law School and ABA policies, students are not allowed to Zoom into class if they would otherwise be absent. You will need to be physically present in each class session.
