LBA Intramural Basketball Sign Up

Dear Parents,

We are excited to inform you about the opportunity to participate in our intramural basketball (K4-5th grade) team this season. To join the team, we kindly ask for your permission and commitment to the following requirements:
1. A participation fee of $50 to cover team expenses and equipment will be billed to your account after the first week of practice.
2. A current well visit must be on file in the academy office with your healthcare provider prior to participation to ensure your health and safety on the field.
3. Players will need to bring shorts and t-shirts to change into on practice days.
4. Jersey shirts will be provided for each player prior to the first game. These are to be worn with LBA recreational uniform shorts (available in the academy office).
We believe that your childs skills and enthusiasm will be a valuable addition to our team, and we look forward to having you join us for a fun and competitive season ahead. Please let us know if you have any questions or need further information.
