  • This agreement is by and between Vendor and FitOnWheelz valid 24hr prior to the requested vending date.

  • Vendor Agreement

    • Pay a fee of $75 and provide a complimentary raffle item for the right to be a Vendor at Level One Fitness special events. (Classes are included in vendor fee)
    • Food & Beverage Vendors
    • Provide a quality food product and a food truck that is staffed by clean, professional and courteous personnel. (2 personnel limit)
    • Vendors must follow all rules set forth by Level One Fitness and agreed upon by Vendor.
    • Vendor is required to provide their own refrigeration for food being delivered.
    • Vendor will remove any food not picked up within 24 hours of expiration date.
    • Vendor must provide Product Liability Insurance for sale or distribution of any products (i.e. food, beverages, etc.
    • Vendor and Vendor's Clientele agree to indemnify fully and hold harmless Level One Fitness, it's employees and agents against all damage claims, liabilities and causes of action of every kind and nature, to include but not limited to, spoiled food, allergies, contamination and/or food ) poisoning.
    • Comply with all health and fire permits, where applicable, at own expense.
    • Ensure prices, including sales tax, are clearly posted. This will be visible to the public in signage and must be professional in appearance and size.
    • Vendor shall be responsible for damage caused by him/her or any vendor equipment, to buildings and grounds.
    • Vendor will remove all trash in immediate food area during set up and breakdown. Trash receptacles in food area cannot be used for discarding any waste materials. No trash is allowed to be left in food area after set-up or breakdown.
    • Vendor is prohibited from selling any beverages, without approval from Level One Fitness Management, as Level One Fitness has exclusive rights to sell same.
    • Vendor must provide their own electrical cords (if applicable) and must ensure that these chords are no shorter than 100 foot in total length (1 - 100' chord or 2 - 50' chords), adequately rated (12 gauge for 20 amp outlet/10 gauge for 30 amp outlet) and UL approved for outdoor use. Frayed, spliced or damaged cords will not be allowed. Vendor is responsible for either taping or matting electrical cords ensuring there is no safety
    • Vendor may not sell items bearing the Level One Fitness name or likeness without prior written permission from Level One Management. Professional behavior and dress are required.

    Health & Wellness Services

    If you're considering selling non-perishable products at FitOnWheelz Events, it can be a great addition to your offerings. Here's a list of requirements and considerations for selling non-perishable products at the fitness center:

    • Relevance: Ensure that the non-perishable products you offer are relevant to the health and wellness goals of the fitness center's members. This might include items such as protein bars, energy drinks, healthy snacks, supplements, fitness accessories, etc.
    • Quality: Offer high-quality products that meet the standards and expectations of your customers. This can help build trust and loyalty among members.
    • Variety: Provide a variety of non-perishable products to cater to different preferences and dietary needs of the members. This can include options for different dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) and tastes.
    • Packaging: Ensure that the packaging of your products is durable and attractive. Clear labeling with nutritional information and ingredients can help members make informed choices.

    THE VENDOR CERTIFIES THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE VENDOR CONTRACT IS A CORRECT DEPICTION OF THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO BE PROVIDED BY THE VENDOR AT LEVEL ONE FITNESS. THE VENDOR UNDERSTANDS THAT FAILURE TO FOLLOW VENDOR PERMIT TERMS AS DESCRIBED AND STIPULATED HEREIN WILL RESULT IN INELIGIBILITY TO PROVIDE SERVICES AT LEVEL ONE FITNESS. THE VENDOR FURTHER AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS OF THE VENDOR PERMIT TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY LEVEL ONE FITNESS AGAINST ANY CLAIMS ARISING BY VIRTUE OF THEIR OCCUPANCY OF VENDOR SPACE AND PARTICIPATION IN ANY EVENT.

     

  • The undersigned, individually and/or on behalf of the Company/Organization does hereby discharge, release, indemnify and hold harmless FitOnWheelz, its employees, agents and officers, and all other sponsoring organizations from any and all manner of actions, suit, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the undersigned and the undersigned's employees, volunteers, representatives or agents while in possession of Vendor space or participating in events at

  • Vendor Check-In Instructions

    Thank you for vending at FitOnWheelz Events! To ensure a smooth setup process, please follow these check-in instructions:

    Arrival Time:

    For special events on weekends, such as fitness expos or community fairs, please arrive between 7:00 am and 8:00 am.
    For regular Saturday vending, please arrive between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

    For special events please see instructions send by host.

    Check-In Location:

    For special events, the vendor check-in area is located at the West Gate on Chenevert St.
    For regular Saturday vending, check-in is at the front desk.

    Load-In:

    All load-in activities must be done at the West Gate. Vendors are prohibited from entering through the main gym entrance.

    Check-In Process:

    All vendors must check in at the designated vendor check-in area before setting up their booth.

    Submission of Applications and Payments:

    Vendor applications and payments must be submitted at least 24 hours before the designated vending date. This ensures that all necessary arrangements can be made in advance.
