    Our hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Our call center is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Our office is closed Fridays. 

    Customer Service is located inside City Hall on the 2nd floor at 8401 W. Monroe St., Peoria, AZ 85345.

    A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for new service. ** A $61.00 set-up fee will be charged on your first bill. Service may be started over the phone or in person. Please see the set up requirements below:

    Property owners:

    • Escrow #, Title company name and phone number
    • Homeowner name, service address, mailing address, email address, primary phone number, alternate phone number (if applicable)
    • Last four digits of social security number
    • Date of birth

    Renters/Tenants:

    • $275.00 deposit
    • Signed lease/rental agreement
    • Tenant name, service address, mailing address, email address, primary phone number, alternate phone number (if applicable)

     Commercial Solid Waste:

    The city offers commercial services to all City of Peoria businesses, with up to a maximum of seven (7) days a week, Monday through Sunday. Rates are charged depending on the size of the container and the number of collections per week. To learn more about available commercial services or to schedule an appointment please call (623) 773-7895.

    Required:

    • A completed Commercial Solid Waste Application form
    • $257.70 deposit

    Once complete you may upload when completing the application to start utility service.

  • City of Peoria residential trash and recycle collection begins as early as 6 a.m. Please make sure your containers are curbside and at least 4 feet apart by 6 a.m.
