Content Creation: You understand and agree that the poster and animated story will be created based on the information you provide. You acknowledge that the final design and story are subject to creative interpretation and may not be revised once completed. ### 5. Intellectual Property: The personalized poster and story created for your child are for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. All rights to the artwork and story remain with StoryClub. ### 6. Payment and Refunds: Full payment is required at the time of order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the physical product. ### 7. Delivery: We will deliver the poster via email to the applicants provided email address upon completion. ### 8.
