Participants:
Suzuki teachers, students, parents from all over the world.
*Participants must be Suzuki association members in their respective country or continent to have all the right. Even if you are a Suzuki-trained teacher, you must be a Suzuki member who is currently registered. For Asia Region Suzuki Association registration, contact membershiparsa@gmail.com Non-suzuki members see the below.

Welcome to Suzuki Method World!
Non-Suzuki members can also participate in the Suzuki conference and experience the Suzuki teaching method.
Non-Suzuki members will be charged an additional $75 to the total cost. Gala concerts and ensemble concerts are not eligible to apply, but afternoon concerts and twilight concerts can be applied for.

Visa Application Issue
If you need to apply for a visa, please find out for yourself what you need to apply for. It can be different from country to country. We can promptly send you an invitation letter and others as soon as possible. Send us an email : suzukimusickorea1995@gmail.com

Conference Fee
Conference costs include 4 overnight accommodations, 11 meals (from the 6th evening to the 10th morning), group lessons, observations, orchestra classes, concerts (except the Gala Concert), and one private lesson.
Gala concerts and the welcome banquet have separate tickets.

Teachers, All level of Students, Trainees: $470 USD
The first guardian(It includes the observation fee): $420
Children of Instrument-playing Suzuki teacher: $420
Other non-instrument-playing Families: $320
Baby before the 1st birthday: $220

From Oct. 1st to Oct. 30th
Teachers, All level of Students, Trainees: $480 USD
The first guardian(It includes the observation fee): $430
Children of Instrument-playing Suzuki teacher: $430
Other non-instrument-playing Families: $330
Baby before the 1st birthday: $230

From Nov. 2nd to Nov. 15th (Late registration)
Teachers, All level of Students, Trainees: $495 USD
The first guardian(It includes the observation fee): $445
Children of Instrument-playing Suzuki teacher: $445
Other non-instrument-playing Families: $345
Baby before the 1st birthday: $235

Notification

You will receive a confirmation email after submitting the application. If you do not receive an email from us, your application may not have been completed. Approval will be granted after verifying your affiliation.

The payment invoice will be issued after the end of the each registration period

Accommodation
The accommodation is included in the participation fee. Each unit will accommodate up to 5 people. Except for a few units, most units have two rooms.( Note that accommodation in Korean resorts often includes either beds or floor sleeping arrangements.)
If the number of applicants is small, you might be sharing the units with another team unless you apply for the “Family Room”.

 If you prefer a room exclusively for family members, you can have one by paying an additional fee.

If you are 2 persons in your room: Additional $240
3 persons : Additional $160
4 persons : Additional $ 80
More than 5 : No extra fee
*If you want to use a room alone, one bedroom for an additional $320 (rooms are limited)

Dietary Concern
-We do care about vegan or food restriction.

Welcome Banquet
- It is a paid party for faculty and teachers who wish to participate.
- When: January 8, 2025, Wednesday 7PM
- Amount: 45USD

Shuttle Bus
For participants from abroad, shuttle services from Incheon to Deoksan and from Seoul to Deoksan will operate on the days the camp begins and ends. Depending on the number of people, departures from Seoul may be canceled.
Since flight schedules vary, we will find the closest available time, create a schedule, and notify you. Please note that seats may be limited. If you apply late, transportation options may be affected. Applications can be made on the conference homepage.

Afternoon Concert (Jan 7,8,9th)
- Multiple applicants perform the same piece.
- The afternoon concert is judged by associations in each country. Please contact your local association.

Twilight Concert (Jan. 7th& 9th)
- Students with excellent skills are selected from among the applicants to play solo with a pianist.
- Twilight concerts will be judged based on recommendations from each country’s association. Please ensure that a representative of each group submits their group’s application. Please submit the audition videos in November.
- If you’re a suzuki member and a individual applicant, you can send the audition video directly to us. The submission period is in November. 

Gala Concert
-When: January 7, 2025 at 7:30 PM
-Where: Dangjin Culture & Art Center (Free shuttle bus will be provided)
-Ticket fee: Adult- 25USD Kids- 15USD

Students with excellent skills are selected from among the applicants and provided opportunities to perform with the orchestra.
- Only Suzuki members are eligible to apply. Individual applications are not accepted; only applications submitted through the group application form, recommended by each local association, will be acceptable. Applicants must be under 18 years old (before university) and any instrument is acceptable.

Ensemble Concert (Jan. 9th 7:30PM )
- A concert in which an ensemble from among the groups participating in the music festival can be prepared to show off the characteristics and charm of each group. No genre distinction. Must be more than 8 people.

*All concerts, except for the opening/ closing group performance/faculty concert, have auditions.

Audition submissions are from Nov. 1st to Nov. 30th.

 

Please note that we do not accept the application after Nov 15th.

5% charged of the total amount until ~Nov.31th
10% charged of the total amount. from Dec.1th ~ Dec.15th
20% of the total amount. from Dec. 15th ~ Dec. 25th
30% of the total amount. from Dec.26th ~ Dec.31th
No refunds from Jan.1st

Applications are made up of 10 people. Even if there is no one else to register, you need to keep pressing the next button and press the submit button at the end to apply. Once the application is completed, it will be sent to you via e-mail, so make sure to check it.
