Assignment and Cost of Security Personnel:
The number of security personnel (Go West Security Event Services and/or Office of Public Safety (OPS)) is assigned to events based on the amount of attendees and the space of the event venue. The event host will not be able to determine the amount of security personnel assigned to their event, however security personnel will work through details of the event to come to an agreement on the number of attendees and security for a safe and successful event.
Go West Event Security is $14.00 an hour, per security officer working the event.
Office of Public Safety charges vary depending upon the officer(s) assigned to the event. An estimate for OPS officers will be provided to the event host if OPS officers are assigned to their event.
