    To receive 300 credit hours, participants must be a member of the AAID (American Academy of Implant Dentistry)

  • CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

    A non-refundable deposit of $5,000.00 must be paid to secure registration.

    The balance must be paid in full by May 15th, 2026

    A 5% transaction fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

    All cancellations must be made in writing at least 45 days prior to the course. Refunds requested less than 45 days prior to a course cannot be accommodated.  Non-refundable deposits may be transferred to another course for up to 1 year from the canceled course date.

    The Calderón Institute reserves the right to cancel or modify a course without prior notice. Change in programs may be subject to a rate increase.

    All travel costs are paid for by you, the course attendee. The Calderón Institute is not responsible for reimbursing any prepaid, non-modifiable, or non-refundable travel expenses.

    It is recommended that you, the attendee, secure travel arrangements for the course that is refundable or modifiable in the eventuality that there is a date change, modification, or cancellation of the course.
