Once all admission procedures have been completed, you will be notified of the decision regarding your child. If your child is accepted, you will be required to enter into a contract with Darul-Tarteel Full Time Hifdh, acknowledging the role that you are required to play.

Terms of Agreement

Please read thoroughly before signing this form.
Section A: Admission & Student Placement
- Student level and class placement are determined solely by the Principal or designated staff.
- Darul-Tarteel does not have the capacity to accommodate:
  - Students with behavioral challenges
  - Students with special needs
  - Students requiring ongoing medical supervision
- Admission may be declined or discontinued if a student falls into any of the above categories.
Section B: Parental Commitment & Student Expectations
By signing this agreement, I (the parent/guardian) acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I will ensure my child(ren) arrive at school by 8:30AM each day.
- I understand that punctuality is mandatory, and that failure to maintain a 90% punctuality rate throughout the academic year may result in expulsion.
- I will ensure my child(ren) complete their daily memorization and review homework, and I will check their progress report daily.
- I understand that students are expected to memorize 5–8 Ajzaa in their first academic year, in accordance with program guidelines and pacing expectations.
- I understand that upon completing the Hifdh program, my child(ren) must successfully recite five complete Khatmah (Qur’an from memory) to be eligible for graduation.
  - The duration and schedule of all five Khatmah recitations will be determined based on the student’s ability and readiness.
Section C: Financial Agreement
- Upon acceptance, parents must submit pre-authorized payment details or a void cheque along with registration forms.
- Enrollment requires a 12-month commitment (September to August).
- Early withdrawal requires a 30-day written notice.
- Families who choose to travel during the school year or take off in July & August will still be charged tuition depending on the vacation length in order to hold their spot. Failure to do so will result in losing the student's place in the program.
- Tuition is charged for the full month in which the student begins, regardless of the start/end date.
- A $25 NSF fee will be applied to any declined payments.
  - If payments are declined two consequtive months, the student may be removed from enrollment.
- Failure to maintain regular and timely payments will result in the revocation of enrollment.
Section D: Authorization & Liability Waiver
- Darul-Tarteel is not liable for any injury or property damage that may occur during transportation to and from school by parents or third parties.
- I authorize Darul-Tarteel to contact previous schools or references to obtain information in support of this application.
- I release all individuals and institutions from liability for providing such information.

Section E: Field Trip Authorization

I give permission for my child(ren) to:
1. Participate in school field trips organized by Darul-Tarteel and the Abu Huraira Center.
2. Be escorted and supervised by school staff during these trips.
3. Be transported to and from trip locations via:
  - School bus
  - Public transportation
  - Walking to local parks and playgrounds
Section F: Consent for Independent Dismissal

I give permission for:
1. My child(ren), aged 10 or older, to walk home independently.
2. My child(ren) to walk home with a friend or sibling aged 12 or older.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Waivers, Disclaimers, and Consent statements included in this form.

Section G: Media, Photography & Emergency Consent
- I grant permission for Abu Huraira Center and its partners to use my child(ren)’s first name and image for promotional or educational purposes.
  - This may include printed materials, online platforms, social media, videos, and fundraising efforts.
- I release Abu Huraira Center and its representatives from all claims related to the use of such media.
- I authorize:
  - My child(ren) to participate in all programs and services.
  - Emergency first aid or medical treatment if necessary during program hours.
- I waive all rights to claim liability against:
  - The Abu Huraira Center
  - Program sponsors
  - Volunteers, staff, and affiliated representatives
  - In the event of injury, loss, or damage connected to program participation
This waiver is made on behalf of myself, my spouse, and any other family members who might otherwise hold a claim.

(All fee payments have to be made ONLY by Bank. NO CASH will be accepted for school fee. Tuition is $350.00 per child per month. There will be a registration fee of $350 to cover administrative costs which will be deducted at the time of registration. Payment will be charged at the beginning of each month. In this case, one from the two options has to be chosen, either monthly bank withdrawals on the 3rd of every month or 28th of the previous month. If the payment is declined from the parent's account, there will be a $25 NSF charge. All requests to stop automatic withdrawals must be given ONE (1) month prior. No Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) cancellations last THREE (3) months of school year.)
