Relationship Therapy Center Couples Therapy Fellowship Program
Thank you for applying to the Relationship Therapy Center's Fellowship Program! This program will develop your skills in the field of couples therapy and fulfill all supervision and clinical contact hour requirements for independent LMFT or LPCC licensure in the state of Minnesota.

There are four parts to the application: Contact Information, Education and Work History, Preliminary Questionnaire, and Video/Audio Application.

This application is due by December 31st, 2024 at 11:59pm. Incomplete applications cannot be processed and will not be considered.
