Sponsorship Purchase Form

BENEFITS:

In addition to specific benefits for each type, general benefits include:

• Clickable logo on the RMMHA/Golf Tournament webpage
• Event signage for all sponsors
• Exposure on our highly engaged Rustlers social media sites
• Sponsors may engage in on-course contests and food/beverage sampling. The Sponsorship Director will reach out to find out your plan. All activities are subject to RMMHA approval.

RECEIPTS:

• After you submit payment, you will be automatically redirected to a form to register your foursome. 
• The Stripe receipt will be emailed to you.
• Please note that the receipt cannot be used for tax purposes.

FOURSOME REGISTRATION RE-DIRECT:

• Upon completing payment, you will be sent to the foursome registration form. 
• If your sponsorship package includes complimentary golf and/or banquet tickets, please complete payment and the Administrator will refund the value of the tickets your package allows for.
• If you are registering on behalf of a foursome, please pay for all 4 attendees on the form.
