Thank you for your interest in a FREE Fitness Class at the Road to Health event on July 27 at Nisbet Park. All classes will be held on the deck of the Little Miami Conservancy building. Classes are free to attend but we do ask for registration as space is limited!

9:15am Activate Brain & Body Workout: Activate Brain & Body Fitness incorporates cognitive exercises as part of a functional training workout to enhance memory and attention, decrease brain fog, and work on strength, balance, and endurance.
