SAN PEDRO SPIRIT OF THE HOLIDAYS PARADE ENTRY APPLICATION

Start Time: 1:00 PM (rain or shine)

Location: San Pedro, California

Parade Route: Route is approximately one mile long. Official start at W. 13th St. and S. Pacific Ave. continues straight on S. Pacific Ave., turns right on S. 6th St. and ends at S. Centre St.

Anticipated Attendance: 10,000

Parade organizers will approve applicants. Notification of acceptance will be emailed.

Parade entries: Required to be entertaining, creative, and exciting. Participate with a float, push float, band, colorful costumes, uniformed attire, drill, dance team or comical routines, antique or unique vehicles, etc. Think out of the box!

As an authorized representative of this organization/business and its participating members, I/we hereby understand and agree to accept the risk of bodily injury and/or property damage which I/we may incur or cause a third party to incur as a result of my/our participation in San Pedro Spirit of the Holidays Parade. With this understanding, I/we further agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the City of Los Angeles, the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce, and Upbeat Parade Productions LLC, its Boards, its Commissions, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries, suits, and judgments arising from, or in connection with/my successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators, and any other persons or entity's who/which may have a claim based on my/our personal injuries and/or property damage. I/we further understand and agree that this saves harmless and indemnification shall apply to all facilities that the City of Los Angeles, the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce, and Upbeat Parade Productions, LLC may own and/or control.
