Thank you for taking the time to fill out my New Extension Guest Form. I will review the form and reach out to you via your preferred method of communication with any additional questions. We will then figure out a time for your in-person consultation to decide what our next steps are moving forward. If at your in-person consultation you decide to move forward with extensions, I do require a 50% deposit of your first appointment before the hair is ordered. I will be in touch soon!
