  • We are delighted to announce that KiddieCorp will be hosting the children's program during the Associaiton for Computing Machinery KDD 2026. With forty years of experience, KiddieCorp has been a trusted provider of high-quality children's programs and youth services for conventions, trade shows, and special events.

    CHILDREN'S PROGRAM DETAILS

    6 months through 12 years old

    1:2 for children ages 6 months through 11 months old
    1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old

    1:7 for children ages 6 through 12 years old
     
    Cost:
    Students: $25.00 USD per day, per child
    Regular Attendees: $50.00 USD per day, per child

    We encourage early registration as availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure advance reservations, both the registration form and full payment must be received by KiddieCorp. On-site registration will be limited to available space.

    MEALS/SNACKS
    ACM will provide snacks and water. Parents are responsible for meals. Parents have the option to sign their child out to take them to lunch or drop off a meal at the program.

    KiddieCorp's program is nut-free. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any snacks or meals containing nuts or nut products.

    ACTIVITIES
    Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts, group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. We tailor activities to suit each age group appropriately.

    TEAM MEMBERS
    Our goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience.  KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm. Every program has a CPR/First aid certified manager that is on site at all time. 
     
    REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Additional information for parents:
    • KiddieCorp staff does not administer medication, including sunscreen.
    • For the safety and enjoyment of all, children who are ill will not be admitted to the program.
    • Please label your child's belongings. While we maintain a lost and found, KiddieCorp does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
    • Parents with infants, kindly bring diaper changing supplies, formula/baby food, and a change of clothes for your child's comfort.

  • ACM- KDD Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Agreement for Minor

  • On behalf of Minor Child, I, as Parent/Legal Guardian, request ACM to allow Minor Child to accompany me at the ACM KDD 2026 conference (the "Event") which involves risks that I, on behalf of Minor Child, must assess and accept.  In consideration for ACM's grant of this request, I, the undersigned Parent/Legal Guardian, enter into and agre to the following conditions for myself, Minor Child, and any and all parties that may make a claim related to Minor Child’s attendance or participation in the Event including Minor Child’s heirs, assigns and personal representatives, including estate of Minor Child.

    CONDITIONS:  

    Certification. I CERTIFY that I am the Parent and/or Legal Guardian of Minor Child. I UNDERSTAND that anyone under the age of 18 must be registered as an accompanying minor and must therefore be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who is registered for the conference in order to attend KDD 2026.

    Access Limitations.  I UNDERSTAND that dependent on the facility, Minor Child may not be permitted on the exhibit floor, sessions, or in any additional function where liquor is served. Access limitations are determined by venue or Conference leadership.

    Minor Child’s Likeness. I hereby grant to ACM the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, distribute, reproduce, display, create derivative works, transmit or otherwise utilize the Minor Child’s name, images, comments, photos, voices, and videos for any lawful purpose including but not limited to advertising, promotion and publicity in any medium. I acknowledge that these likenesses shall remain the property of ACM and I am not entitled to compensation for the use of these likenesses.

    I also acknowledge that the Minor Child may be identified by name alongside these likenesses. I waive any rights to approve or inspect any portion of the final product.

    Assumption of Risk. I UNDERSTAND that Minor Child’s presence and participation in the Event can expose Minor Child to dangers both from known risk and unanticipated risk. I willingly and voluntarily assume these risks, including the risk of negligent conduct. I agree that the only way to avoid the risk of attendance and/or participation is not to allow Minor Child to attend or participate.

    Release, Covenant, and Waiver. I, on behalf of myself, Minor Child, and any and all parties that may make a claim related to Minor Child’s attendance or participation in the Event, hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue ACM, and/or their officers, directors, members, shareholders, owners, successors, assigns, agents, employees, representatives, and affiliates of each of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liability arising out of personal injury or property damage suffered, including, but not limited to, any claim arising out of any condition on the premises of the Event or the conduct of any person in connection with the preparation for, supervision of, or conduct of any Event. I am specifically releasing the Released Parties, individually and collectively, for their negligence in any form.  

    Indemnity. I AGREE to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties as to all lawsuits, claims, damages, costs and attorneys’ fees, including claims as to Released Parties’ sole or contributory negligence, which arise out of Minor Child’s presence at the Event, and/or Minor Child’s violation, including Minor Child’s representative’s violation, of any provision of this Consent, Indemnification & Liability Release Agreement.

  • We, the undersigned adults, agree to place our child or ward in the KiddieCorp children’s program. For ourselves, our child/ward (or children/wards), and each of our respective heirs, assigns, and next of kin, we hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless KiddieCorp, Association for Computing Machinery - KDD, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, assigns, vendors, and the owners and/or lessors of the facility or facilities where the program will be held (collectively “the Releasees”), from any and all claims which may now or hereafter arise from our child’s/ward’s (or children’s/ward’s) participation in the KiddieCorp program.  We do not release claims arising from Releasees for any of their willful misconduct or gross negligence.

    Photographs taken throughout the children’s program may be used for promotion and/or publication by Association for Computing Machinery - KDD and KiddieCorp, Inc.

    We have read the above and understand this release. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency or health concern, KiddieCorp has our permission to administer first aid, contact our pediatrician, or obtain emergency medical treatment for our child. We agree to pay all expenses incurred due to an emergency involving our child.

    KiddieCorp reserves the right to limit participation of any child whose presence or behavior mat disrupt the program or endanger the health and safety of others.
