C3A is “an organisation that is acting on behalf of a public agency” to administer the NSA subsidies. Hence, C3A as the administrator for NSA subsidies and acting on behalf of the Ministry of Health is authorized to continue collecting full NRIC numbers for the purpose of administering the NSA subsidies.

This Caregiving Navigator Training programme is organised by SG Assist, and initialed and supported by Council of Third Age (C3A), an agency that promotes active ageing in Singapore through public education, outreach, and partnerships. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above may apply for a coupon code to be eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidised fees (administered by C3A).
