Exclusive Sync Representation and Pre-Approved Libraries

We would like to represent your music exclusively and pitch it to our global network of music supervisors and producers across Advertising, Branding, TV, Film, Gaming, and other media for potential sync opportunities. Plus we would like your songs to be featured in our pre-approved sync libraries with TV networks worldwide, giving your music more opportunities for revenue and exposure. What does exclusivity mean and why is it important? 

Exclusivity allows us to represent your music with focus, ensuring it stands out in the sync and licensing market. With exclusive rights, we can dedicate resources to promoting your catalog, offering clarity and ease for music supervisors and decision makers, many of which prefer single points of contact to avoid legal complications. This streamlined approach protects your song's value, preventing oversaturation and keeping it unique.

It also simplifies revenue tracking and royalty payments, ensuring faster and more accurate compensation. Exclusivity isn’t about limiting your opportunities—it’s about giving your music the dedicated, strategic representation it deserves.

How do approvals work?

We'll seek your approval for syncs that are procured from our active sync catalogue only.  

By opting into this agreement, you're making your music available in both our active sync catalogue and our pre-approved libraries.

Our active sync catalogue is used for pitching songs to specific briefs that we receive from film companies, advertising agencies, brands and more. 

Pre-approved libraries are shared with TV and media networks for use. Pre-approval is important as the turnaround times on these syncs is extremely short and it ensures music is provided to our clients for immediate use without delays. 

The Standard Pre-Approved Library Terms Are As Follows:

• Territory: The World
• Term: Perpetuity
• Media: All Media excluding Theatre
• Fee: Ranging from $100 - $10,000 for up to 2 minutes in duration only (both master owner and publishing copyright all-in)
• GYRO.Group Fee: 30% of all-in Fee

• Please fill in your name and sign below if you are agree to add your songs on our pre- approved libraries with an option to opt-out whever you like.

• You can opt in your entire catalogue "distributed tracks" or individual tracks "Represented Songs". 

• Please opt in tracks for which you own 100% of the master and publishing rights. If you only partially own the tracks (e.g., you own the master but not all of the publishing rights), you can still opt them in - just be sure to provide the relevant co-writer or publisher contact details in the opt-in form.
