TERMS & CONTITIONS
1. Admission Rights
- The Tshwane Choral Music Association (TCMA) reserves the right to admission for all participants and attendees. TCMA maintains the authority to deny entry or participation to any individual at their discretion.
2. Registration Fee
- A non-refundable registration fee is required to be paid in full before any performance. The registration fee must be paid to the Tshwane Choral Music Association.
- Proof of payment must be provided during the registration process.
3. Music Rights
- Singers must ensure they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the music they intend to perform. TCMA will not be held liable for any copyright infringements or legal issues arising from the performance of unlicensed music.
4. Eligibility
- The competition is open to all solo singers who comply with the registration requirements and terms outlined herein.
5. Performance Guidelines
- Participants must adhere to the time limits and other performance guidelines as stipulated by TCMA.
- All performances must be in line with the competition's theme and objectives, as communicated by TCMA.
6. Adjudication
- Adjudication will be conducted by a panel selected by TCMA. The adjudicators' decisions are final and binding.
- Prizes will be awarded based on the adjudicators' evaluations and criteria established by TCMA.
7. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct throughout the competition. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior, will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Liability
- TCMA will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the competition. Participants agree to indemnify and hold TCMA harmless from any claims arising from their participation.
9. Amendments
- TCMA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Acceptance
- By registering for the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
