Regulation for participation - Marmomac Meets Academy: Fabula Litica - La Foresta Incantata
COMPANIES REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT UNDERTAKE TO:
1. Develop innovative processes intended to improve the use of technologies, performances and environmental quality through a design experience with a designer/architect/artist giving rise to a prototype to be exhibited during the Show:
2. Implement the project proposal conceived by the designer/architect/artist with the utmost respect for the project itself and timing (deadline: 31 July 2025).
3. Cover the costs of return transport, installation/set-up/disassembly and any disposal of waste arising from the work within the spaces set aside by Veronafiere for the Event.
4. Support any travel costs for the assigned designer/artist for visits or site inspections at the Company for the realization of the artwork; such expenses will be agreed upon in advance through direct agreements between the parties. 
5. If the project created for Marmomac 2025 is reused on other exhibition occasions, the company undertakes to notify this, indicating full credits: "Project created at Marmomac 2025 / curator / designer / material / ...".
6. The project must be brought to completion, except in cases of serious and justified impossibility, since participation is binding. Inasmuch, in the event of early withdrawal, the company undertakes to pay Veronafiere the costs incurred for the designer/architect/artist if the latter has completed the project.
7. It should also be noted that the copyright for the design project belongs to the designer/architect/artist, while the copyright of the work belongs to the company (or consortium in the case of several participants) that physically produced it. Designers and companies will agree upon any project developments or production. Veronafiere accepts no responsibility for agreements entered into by companies involved in the same project. 
8. The Company taking part in the Event shall also comply, in addition to these conditions, with the dispositions in the General Exhibition Regulations, available in the Exhibitors Area of the Exhibition website http ://www.Marmomac.it/it/areariservata , and the provisions of Veronafiere's Technical Regulations, available on the institutional website in the Business Area http://www.veronafiere.it/Area-Business/Regolamento-Tecnico/, which here are understood to be integral parts of this Regulation.


VERONAFIERE S.p.A. UNDERTAKES TO:
1. Select and involve appropriate designers/architects/artists to develop innovative projects that interpret trends and express the talents of the companies taking part.
2. Pay designers a fee to cover design costs.
3. Support companies as regards contacts with designers and the various exhibition space design stages by collaborating with the project curators.
4. Implement the general setup and basic exhibition structures. 
5. Organize a round table presentation during the main Event itself, to which all designers are invited.
6. Provide photographic services and make images available to participating companies for use in their promotional campaigns.
7. Promote the initiative during the Marmomac Press Conference.
8. Promote the project in the main trade press. 
9. Promote the initiative through its own communication channels: website section dedicated to Architecture and Design initiatives, newsletters, etc.
10. Produce a specific catalogue for exhibitions distributed during the Event.
11. Develop a specific social media campaign.
12. Put together a specific press review.
13. Veronafiere reserves the right to accept applications in relation to the availability of projects based on registration timing.

Regulations for participation – Stone Next: Visioni di Pietra Futura - Tecnologie, macchinari e strumenti per l'innovazione litica:
COMPANIES REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT UNDERTAKE TO:
1. Develop innovative processes intended to improve the use of technologies, performances and environmental quality through a design experience with a designer/architect/artist giving rise to a prototype to be exhibited during the Show:
2. Submit a project with a design solution focused on the relationship between new technologies and natural stone. Every company (or group of companies), if selected, will have a partially ready-to-use set-up area of 16 m2 where it will be possible to create a full-immersion experience capable of narrating its vision and the value of the proposed innovation. STONE NEXT is a unique opportunity to showcase - in a direct and engaging way - not only the results but also the processes, tools and technologies opening out new approaches for the future of natural stone. An exhibition where progress can take shape and turn into experience. All set-up/dismantling and collateral costs (utilities, services, sundry) are covered by the company. Once the project has been approved by the curator and the Marmomac team, the company undertakes to develop the executive project and provide communication materials (text, photos, renderings). It will also implement the project proposal in compliance with the initial concept put forward. (completion deadline 10 September 2025).

Purpose of processing, legal bases, and data retention periods
2.1 The personal data you provide through the form will be used to send you, via email, informational communications ("Newsletter") about the Company's activities and services. In this case, the legal basis of the processing is the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party. The collected data will be retained until you request to unsubscribe from the Newsletter service.

2.2 With your prior consent, the data will also be processed for the following additional purposes:
a) customer profiling;
b) sending communications, information, newsletters, studies, research, and advertising material, also personalized, regarding the Company's trade shows and conducting market research using both automated (email, fax) and traditional (postal mail, operator calls) contact methods;
