  • Headphone Zone's Influencer Marketing Agreement

    I, {fullName}, agree to collaborate with Headphone Zone under the following terms and conditions:

    1. Headphone Zone will send me a PR kit with beginner audiophile gear and accessories containing in-ear monitor headphones, USB DACs and cases. By agreeing to this barter collaboration with Headphone Zone I expect no monetary compensation.

    2. Deliverables: If I am active on YouTube, I will create 1 Video and 1 Shorts minimum and promote it on the community. If I am active on X, I will post mininum 1 detailed Tweet using media (video, GIF or images) of the PR materials received in addition to any other posts. If I am active on Instagram, I will create 1-3 posts (reel, images) and 2-3 stories. 

    3. The Headphone Zone team reserves the right to approve, access and view the content before it is made public. This is to ensure that the brand guidelines (our logo, colours) are respected and accurately represented.

    4. In all the content posted across the different social platforms, I agree to tag/mention Headphone Zone. On Instagram, I will tag @headphonezone, on YouTube, I will shoutout/callout Headphone Zone and on Twitter, I will mention @headphone_zone

    5. In all the content posted across the different social platforms, I agree to use my unique UTM parameter link shared so that the Headphone Zone team may trace back referrals to my accounts.

    6. From the time I receive the PR kit, I agree to create the first post within 2 weeks. I also agree to promptly communicate to Headphone Zone if there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

    7. Once I agree to collaborate with Headphone Zone, I agree to not be affiliated with any other premium headphone retailer for at least 2 months. Examples are: Amazon, Flipkart, Concept Kart & The Audio Store. 

    8. By agreeing to this collab, I give Headphone Zone rightful and explicit consent to repurpose the content I post in all their advertising - on the website, in Facebook/Instagram/Google/YouTube ads or email marketing.

    9. The Headphone Zone team reserves the right to terminate the collaboration as well as legally prosecute should I be found to misuse our name in racial, inappropriate adult, abusive language, religious, mockery, or offensive sexual orientation based content.
