We will use your contact details to keep you up to date with the progress of your application and, if it is successful, to process and monitor the grant in accordance with the guidance and criteria. We will also ask you for your feedback on the application process at a suitable time. Your details will be securely stored.

Next Steps: The grant giving process.

The grant decision panel meet three times a year (July, October and January) to allocate grants on a first-come first-served basis.

The cut off dates for applications and decision announcements are as follows:

For applications recieved by:
- End of June you should have your decision by the end of the first week in August.
- End of September you should have your decision by the end of the first week in November.
- End of December you should have your decision by the end of the first week in February.
Please take this into account when you are planning your timetables and submitting your applications. You have 12 months to use your grant so we strongly urge applicants to apply in good time and well ahead of their target delivery dates.
