Terms and Conditions

Advanced Notice and Availability:

• 24-hour advanced notice is required for stroller reservations.
• Stroller availability is subject to current demand and cannot be guaranteed without prior reservation.
• Only two strollers are allowed per reservation.

Collection and Return:

• Strollers must be picked up and returned to the hotel’s concierge desk.
• A signature is required upon both receipt and return of the stroller.
• Final inspection of the stroller will be conducted upon return to ensure it is in good condition.
• If a guest fails to return the strollers, additional charges will be applied upon check-out.

Usage Guidelines:

• The strollers are intended for children aged 0 to 4 years, with a maximum weight limit of 22 kg (48 lbs).
• Guests are responsible for supervising the child using the stroller at all times.
• Strollers should be used on smooth, flat surfaces whenever possible to avoid damage.

Safety and Maintenance:

• Ensure the safety harness is secured and adjusted correctly before each use.
• Do not leave the stroller unattended or in areas prone to theft or damage.
• Report any issues or damages to the concierge desk immediately.

Loss or Damage:

• Guests are encouraged to handle the strollers with care.
• Any loss or severe damage to the stroller should be reported to the concierge desk.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel or modify your stroller reservation, please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
