This Event Catering Deposit Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which Home Bites LLC ("Caterer") will "hold a date" to provide catering services for the client listed below. The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the deposit requirements, and conditions as well as refund policies, and other relevant conditions pertaining to the reservation of the event date and the possible completion of a food tasting.

Both parties acknowledge the importance of a clear understanding of their obligations and commitments to ensure the successful planning and execution of the catered event. This Agreement is intended to protect the interests of both the Caterer and the Client and to facilitate a smooth and professional collaboration.
