Terms and Conditions for Breakfast Hamper Booking
By placing an order and signing this form for the breakfast hamper, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
1. Orders Pickup: Orders can be picked up from 12 PM - 5 PM everyday.
If you are coming for dinner and have placed an order before 5 PM on the day we can arrange pick up at your dinner time, however, you will need to let reception know so we can add this to your order.
2. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of arrival.
4. Availability: We will do our best to accommodate your selected preferences; however, items are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar products.
4. Cancellation and Changes: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Any changes to your order can be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled arrival, subject to availability of requested items. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that our hampers are allergens-free.
