This application is only to be used for trials being held between now and March 31, 2025.

Trials scheduled for April 1, 2025 and later, please complete the Trial Date Reservation form.

Maximum of 16 events per trial. Please INDICATE what team Levels are Offered: NT-AT-ET-VT-VE Each Team Event is considered a separate event and part of the 16 events maximum per trial. C class does not have to be indicated on the form.

Application must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the intended trial date. If the trial only has Working Class rounds, then the application must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the intended trial date.
