Anonymous Incident Report Form

In an effort to ensure that all visitors, sponsors, exhibtiors and staff a have the ability to report things anonymously to Revolution Events, we've added an Anonymous Incident Report Form for our events

This form is for those individuals who wish to remain anonymous and who want to report something, but don't exactly know what they should do or do not feel comfortable speaking face to face.

Please note that this action is not in response to anything, just a proactive way to ensure that lines of communication are open and that there exists a way for all to report incidents and maintain anonymity. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us @ 01892 820930
