The purpose of this form is to ensure that parents/guardians understand the technology protection plan and provide an option to either purchase or waive the protection plan for their child's school-issued device. For middle school students, the protection plan is available for Chromebooks. For high school students, it is available for MacBooks. By signing this form, parents/guardians confirm decision regarding the protection plan, which covers accidental damage and theft.

Technology Protection Plan

At Lewisburg Area School District, we offer free repairs for devices, cases, and chargers that experience normal wear and tear, no matter if you're enrolled in our protection plan or not. If you have our protection plan, accidental damage to Chromebooks or MacBooks is also covered. If you choose to waive the protection plan, you will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

Technology Protection plans vary in price depending on device and lunch status. If you choose to purchase the protection plan, select the appropriate device and lunch status to adjust the price. Lunch status will be verified.
