    What is the urgency level of your issue? Emergency, high priority or standard priority? Please give us an honest assessment. Emergency should only be used when there is no work around and your issue is causing major impact to your business.

    Think about what is an acceptable timeframe for resolution of this issue? Now=emergency, around 4 hours for priority issues, a couple of days for a standard priority.
