Club Sonrisa Membership Program Overview - OPTION 1
I. Introduction
- Welcome to Club Sonrisa Platinum Membership!
- Exclusive vacation club at Playa Sonrisa in Xcalak Mexico.
- Designed for naturist and nudist seeking relaxation and luxury with flexible options and who love being a part of a special club!
II. Membership Dues - Platinum Level
- One-Time Initial Upfront Cost
- $10,000 USD upfront payment, which creates a $10,000 USD “credit” at Playa Sonrisa Mexico
- Repayment of Membership Dues
- Membership “credit” will be reduced as follows each year on your anniversary date in exchange for your 6 night accommodations (see Accommodations Benefits below)
- $800 USD for stays in Aug, Sept, Oct (savings of 30%)
- $1000 USD for stays in Nov, Dec, Jan, May, June, July
- $2,000 USD for stays in February, March, or April
III. Accommodation Benefits
- Nights per Year
- Receive 6 nights annually.
- Flexible booking options: (credits will be adjusted accordingly for each reservation if you break up your stay over the year)
- Two 3-night stays.
- Four 2-night stays.
- One 6-night stay.
- You do not have to choose the same dates each year.
- Nights ARE transferable to friends or family as long as they are aware that we are a naturist/nudist resort.
- 25% discount (normally 15% for returning guests) applies on nights to extend your stay OR should you book additional weeks in the year. (Discount is non-transferrable)
- $100 non-refundable booking fee required at time of reservation.
- Reservation No Shows will forfeit 6 nights and anniversary cash bonus credits for that year.
- Rescheduling of reservation permitted 60 days out without penalty.

- 1st come, 1st serve on availabiliy
- $75 USD surcharge per night for Tortuga Room
- May book up to 2 years in advance
- Rollover Policy
- Unused Nights can roll over for up to 2 years.
- You can combine 2 years of nights rolled over (up to 12) to book in the followoing year if you prefer a longer vacation.
- Perfect for those that want to vacation for 12 nights every other year!
- Forfeiture of unused nights after 2 years.
- Your membership credits will be reduced $1000 credits for the year reguardless if used or rolled over.
- Rate Locked into 2024 rates
- We are basing the savings on 2024 rates and at some point the rates will go up overall.
- These numbers don’t take into account yearly inflation, rate increases or rates in other seasons of the year. Thus. the savings you enjoy will be greater than example shown.
IV. Additional Member Benefits
- Annual Bonus Cash Credit
- On each membership anniversary:
- You receive a 5% cash credit of the outstanding membership balance.
- Option to request payout by Paypal for you to use for airfare, transportation or other expenses.
- Or keep on resort tab to use towards food, drinks, extra nights, gift shop or other services.
- Example shown of bookings in different months of the year and how credits are applied. This is just an example and depending on when you book, your credits will be deducted as outlined above under repayment of membership dues. To get the most out of your membership avoid booking in high season, February. March or April.

- Unlimited Complimentary In-Room Snacks
- Discount is non-transferrable.
- Discount not applicable with "Meal Plan" Option
- Beach Massages
- Two 60-minute beach massages per year.
- Massages are non-transferable.

- 2 Club Sonrisa Tank Top & Baseball Caps
- 2 Club Sonrisa Tumblers
- 2 Club Sonrisa Beach Towels
- Any other fun perks we decide to throw in!
V. Membership Termination and Buy-Back Policy
- Member-Initiated Termination
- 12 months notice required.
- Rebuy membership credits at 75% of the remaining balance on the next anniversary date or sooner if feasible.
- 15% room discount will apply on all future stays.
- All other perks terminate.
- Club-Initiated Termination
- Minimum 6 months notice provided.
- Buy-back membership for the balance of the remaining membership credits at 100% of balance.
- Continued 25% room discount on all future stays.
VI. Post-Membership Benefits
- Discount for Former Members
- After the membership credits are fully used:
- Membership ends.
- Lifetime 25% room discount on future stays.
- Discount is non-transferable.
