Are you interested in hosting a new community event that hasn't occurred in Arlington Heights, but you're not quite ready to submit final documents or plans into the Village's Special Event Permit process?
Events may include
- walks/runs
- festivals
- carnivals
- any event that includes an open invitation to the public at large
- any event that requests the use of public space (streets)
Please note that this form is intended to solicit initial feedback from Village Staff, regarding a potentially new event in Arlington Heights. If you are interested in hosting a standard block party for your street, please submit a block party form through www.vah.com/myportal. If you have specific plans for your event including maps, please submit that information to the Special Event Permit process through www.vah.com/myportal.
