Partnership Volunteer Application

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Partnership Outreach Volunteers to support our Partnership Team! This role involves assisting our team with curating sponsor leads, generating connections with decision makers through email outreach, and tracking outreach progress. This is a virtual role exclusively available to Network members only to contribute to the success of a national event for our community at large! Not a Network member? Volunteer Candidates must:

-Consistently dedicate 1-2 hours per week to complete assigned tasks and reach outreach goals

-Effectively engage potential sponsors via email using professional email communication, pre-written email templates, and strategic outreach

-Take initiative in identifying sponsorship opportunities and contributing to outreach strategies

-Have an ability to use LinkedIn to identify key contacts, track outreach efforts, and maintain accurate records

-Be comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Slack for research, documentation, and communication

-Actively participate in bi-monthly meetings, collaborates with the team, and shares insights

-Adhere to the non-disclosure agreement and maintains discretion with company and sponsorship data

Experience with outreach or sales for partnerships is a plus but not required.
