Instructions: This form must be completed and executed by a duly authorized representative of the Project Proponent. Please fill out the fields below as completely and accurately as possible based on current project details.

This form is required for all new Nature's Registry projects. Project Proponents should review the requirements of the selected methodology prior to submittal. Once approved the project will be listed on the registry in an 'Active' status for public review and comment.

8. Briefly describe the planned Land Management Activities (Task 1.3) and related Project Eligibility Conditions (Task 1.4.1) required for the project.

10. Has the project activity or activities (specific to the project location and boundary) been submitted to, rejected from, and/or registered with another carbon credit program, regulatory body, or other environmental market or accounting framework?

14. Does the Project Proponent maintain clear, unencumbered, and uncontested title to all potential carbon credits?

15. Will all relevant monitoring, metering, and quantification requirements be followed as written in the methodology?

16. If the Project Proponent has already engaged a VVB (Validation/Verification Body), please list them here. Please note all VVB's will need to be approved by Nature's Registry and, at this time, there are no prequalified VVB's.
