All new extension guests start here with my digital consultation form—it’s your first step towards the hair of your dreams. This form helps me understand your unique hair goals and preferences so I can make your initial appointment as seamless and comfortable as possible. Please take a few minutes to fill it out completely, and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours during my work week (Tuesday through Friday). How should I prep my hair for my extension install or move up appointment?

I will arrive with clean, dry hair that is free from excessive product. (Hair that has been washed/clarified the day of, or the day before our appointment)
I am willing to follow the aftercare guidelines provided (Aftercare sheets at end of form - grab them in a screenshot!) I understand that 6-8 week maintenance is required to maintain healthy extensions & scalp health.

I understand if I am scheduling a new extension package there is a non-refundable deposit required before ordering hair for our service. Exact amount of deposit will be determined during our in person consultation. Deposit will need to be paid before setting up installation appointment for new extension packages.

I understand that if I change the color of my natural hair between the consult & install appointment that the hair we have ordered may not match. We may need to schedule a new consult, or color the extension hair. A new deposit may be required.

Here’s what your new extension appointment includes:

• Weft Extensions that, with proper care, will last 6–12 months.
• K-Tips that are fully replaced at each new install (typically every 4 months - each new install is priced as a separate appointment-the hair is not reused or reinstalled)
• The initial install of your extensions.
• Any cutting and blending needed to ensure everything looks seamless and natural.
• A styling session where I’ll show you how to recreate your new look at home.
• A take-home extension care package - curated for you, with products you will need to care for your hair and new extensions properly.
KERATIN BOND PRICING:

K-Tips are small sections of hair that are individually bonded to your natural hair. They are extremely customizable & can often last up to 4 months with no salon maintenance needed in between.

Because K-Tips are bonded directly to your natural hair, they aren’t typically reused or reinstalled. Each full installation is done with a brand-new set of hair and booked as a separate appointment (usually every 4 months).

Technically, K-Tips can be retipped and reused, but this process requires removing, cleaning, and rebonding each strand — something that typically needs an assistant to complete efficiently during a single appt. At this time, I only offer retipping for small vivid color sections or limited add-on areas, billed at $100/hour. Full sets are always booked as fresh installs for best results.
