  • We are so very excited to have your family join us for this years summer programs!  Please allow time after registration for our team to compile information.  You will be sent a confirmation email that you are successfully registered for individual programs.  Additional information pertaining to the program will be sent out that discusses essential gear, directions, and program information.  Please be aware that if you send notice by April 15th of a cancelation you will obtain a 50% refund.  No refunds are obtained after April 15th 2025.  

  • Assumption of Risk Liability Waiver & Release

    On behalf of my minor child, I hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Seedkeepers Forest School Program. I hereby warrant that both myself and my child are familiar with the risks associated with participation in activities. I acknowledge that my child’s participation in this program is wholly voluntary. I do hereby agree and consent to my child’s participation in the program and do assume all risks and hazards which are conducted as part of the associated activities. I hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and hold blameless Seedkeepers LLC, The Camp At Buffalo Mountain and its officers, directors, employees, contracted employees, independent contractors, instructors, agents, organizers, and volunteers of any and all liability for damage, injury, or expense of any kind arising out of or connected with my child’s participation in Seedkeepers LLC. I understand that in case of a medical emergency, my own personal medical plan will be used if available; if not, medical aid may be sought while I am being contacted. In the event of any illness or injury, I hereby consent to whatever examination, diagnosis, or treatment and the hospital care from a licensed physician, and/or surgeon as deemed necessary for my child’s safety and welfare. I understand that the resulting expenses will be my responsibility and not Seedkeepers, or any affiliates. As a condition of participation in the program by the student named in this application, I acknowledge that I have read this consent form, and knowingly, on behalf of my child, assume all of the risks associated with participating in any way in the program. I hereby release, to the fullest extend permitted by law, Seedkeepers LLC and the affiliates, from any and all actions, claims, demands, or liabilities that I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my son/daughter’s participation in these activities irrespective of whether the same is based on breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other theory or recovery. Parent/Legal Guardian acknowledges that Seedkeepers LLC is an enrichment program and not a licensed childcare or daycare facility.
    By checking this box, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of our Assumption of Risk Liability Waiver & Release agreement and agree to the conditions stated above.

    Path Finders Summer Solstice ProgramJune 23-27 2025 9am- 2 pm Ages 5-9 Cost: $285 During our “Path Finders” Summer Solstice Program, children will explore our off-grid forest school, celebrate the summer solstice with candle-making and handwork with natural fibers. We will take hikes throughout the forests and splash around in our creeks and discover local native plants and macro-invertebrates, cook over the fire, and connect to the forest through imaginative wonder and play.

    Folkcraft Summer STEM Program Product Image
    Folkcraft Summer STEM ProgramJune 9-13 2025 9 am-2 pm This program is for ages 7-12 During this week in the Woods, students will explore old and new techniques to create fun and useful creations from materials found in the forest. Children will develop upon their creative minds and inner engineers. They will be guided in primitive folkcraft working with natural plant dyes, fibers, and wood. As part of this process participants will go on frequent guided excursions, learning to recognize the unique characteristics of forest types, flora and fauna of the landscape, tend to the organic garden, and learn about the influences of living off-grid on forest dynamics by creating STEM enriched projects within a forest landscape such as solar cook oven and waterwheel.

    Wood Sprites Summer ProgramJuly 7-11 2025 9 am- 12pm Ages 3-4 Cost: $200 Our littlest forest folk will make new friends while exploring the natural world around them. The children will look for and identify insects, pretend to be the wild animals they see, caretake the organic garden, build fairy houses and bug hotels, discover in the creeks, create with natural objects and discover their love for the forest. *All children must be toilet trained.*

    Farm To Table Summer Program Product Image
    Farm To Table Summer ProgramJuly 14-18 2025 9 am- 2 pm Ages: 6-12 Cost: $285 During this week children will use outdoor primitive cooking skills in our grant funded outdoor kitchen to craft delicious meals that include organically garden grown and foraged plants. Children will create their lunch each day, learn about the plants nutrition, and their life cycle: Children will observe and participate in seed germination, plant transplanting, and harvesting of mature plants.. understanding the full process of plant growth in our programs organic garden. There will be a beautiful balance throughout the day to cool off in the creek, discover native salamanders and crawdads, discover in the forest, create garden inspired art, and create a community within.
