Sales Agreement

The cost of the virtual appointment is $50 non-refundable but goes towards the cost of the dress as long as it is purchased the same day of the virtual appointment date.

All gowns, accessories, separates, etc. are a Final Sale but virtual appointments allow for our "Happiness Guaranteed" program that allows a one-time exchange without a restocking fee for dresses in-stock of equal or greater value. Shipping and handling charges will apply.

Accurate measurements are extremely important and should be professionally taken when at all possible. Wedding dresses are not "ready-to-wear" and will require alterations. Moments Made Bridal is not responsible for incorrect measurements or alterations needed. Shipping times may vary but on average please allow 10 business days.

Shipping times will vary depending on whether you opt-in for the free detailing of the gown or not:
__Detailed gowns will be delivered between 14 and 21 days of being purchased.
__Brides who choose not to have their gown detailed are agreeing to our as-is policy. Moments Made Bridal is not responsible for any gowns that are damaged or soiled if they choose to bypass a detailing.
