2nd Annual POP's Fall Festival Pageant 2025
Pop’s Fall Festival Pageant is a celebration of each child’s God-crafted uniqueness and inner light. Inspired by Psalm 139:14, we honor that every contestant is “fearfully and wonderfully made.” This event is designed to be uplifting, fun, and community-centered—an opportunity for participants to shine, build confidence, and share in fellowship. While awards are given, the heart of this pageant lies in cherishing the beauty and purpose God has placed in every child.
1. Eligibility
All contestants must be citizens of the United States.
2. Registration
• Fee: $25 per contestant. All registration fees are non-refundable to support smooth event planning and ensure a memorable experience.
• Deadline: Submit registration forms by September 27, 2025. Late entries may be considered up until the day of the pageant, pending availability.
3. Age Divisions
Divisions are determined by the child’s age as of October 1, 2025.
👑 Girls Age Categories:
• 0–6 months: Baby Miss
• 7–12 months: Tiny Miss
• 13–24 months: Toddler Miss
• 3–4 years: Petite Miss
• 5–6 years: Little Miss
• 7–9 years: Mini Miss
• 10–12 years: Junior Miss
• 13–15 years: Teen Miss
• 16–18 years: Miss
🤠 Boys Age Categories:
• 0–6 months: Baby Mister
• 7–12 months: Tiny Mister
• 13–24 months: Toddler Mister
4. Attire Requirements
• All female contestants are encouraged to wear formal gowns or pageant-style attire to showcase their elegance on stage. Exception: Our Baby and Tiny Miss contestants are welcome to keep it comfy and adorable—think sweet, cozy outfits that let those precious personalities shine! However, if parents prefer pageant-style attire for their little ones, that’s absolutely welcome too.
• All male contestants must wear dressy or Sunday-best attire, such as slacks with a button-down shirt. Ties, vests, or blazers are optional but welcome.
5. Event Details
• Date & Time: October 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM
• Location: Riverfront Park, Van Buren, MO
• Arrival: All contestants must be checked in and ready by 9:30 AM
6. Judging Process
• Contestants are judged individually within their division.
• They will exit the stage after their walk-through.
• Once all contestants have been scored, each division will return to the stage for the crowning of the winner and runner-up.
• Divisions proceed in order from youngest to oldest.
7. Reigning Title Policies
• Queen’s Commitment: The crowned Miss Fall Festival 2025 is expected to return in October 2026 to assist with the competition and crown the incoming queen.
• Reigning Clause: The reigning Miss Fall Festival may not compete the following year. If there are no eligible contestants in the Miss division, the prior queen retains her title by default.
8. Photography
• A photographer will be present during the event and available afterward for personal and division photos.
• All winners and runner-ups are kindly asked to stay for an official group photo following the ceremony.
9. Media Release
By participating, contestants and their parent/guardian grant permission for any photographs taken to be used in promotion of Pop’s Fall Festival and future pageants, including print and online.
10. Stage Etiquette
• No props, animals, or music will be permitted during the walk-through.
• Stage time is managed by event staff to ensure a smooth program.
11. Sportsmanship Clause
All participants and their families are expected to uphold respectful behavior throughout the event. Poor sportsmanship may result in disqualification.
