• Employers or associations of employers in the education industry. 
  
  
• Non-bargaining unit employees of NEA or its affiliates.
  
  
• Individuals or entities employed by NEA, its related entities, or any other education industry employer as labor relations expert, advisor, or consultant.
    
• Individuals or entities contributing with funds provided by another person or entity not otherwise authorized to make a contribution to the Fund.

I affirm that this contribution is made with funds that have not been provided to me by any person or entity in the above-listed categories or that are not otherwise authorized to make such contributions.
