Complimentary attendance to your event, in exchange for assistance or full support with Envision related open/close duties. We always warmly welcome the exchange option and are thrilled to help save you time so you can focus of your beautiful offering. We deeply thank you for contributing to the nurturing of our team members!
Are you requesting the support of an Envision Team Member/Key Holder to open & close with/for you (in exchange for a complimentary space at your event)?

Upon event approval, how will you be processing your minimum $25 retainer?
$25 E-Transfer.
$25 Cash or Cheque. Promptly, communicating a time to drop off cash or cheque (understanding the event is only officially secured upon reception).
$25 Online Invoice. Please send me the invoice for minimum retainer (+ processing fee) so I can pay via credit card or online banking.
Full Payment via E-transfer. Sending the total amount owing for the booked time.
Full Payment via Cash or Cheque. Arranging a time to drop off cash or cheque that covers the total amount owing for the booked time (understanding the event is only officially secured upon reception).
Full Payment via Online Invoice. Please send me the invoice for the total amount owing for the booked time (+ processing fee) so I can pay in full via credit card or online banking.

If you're not processing full payment, upfront, please indicate how you will be processing the final payment for the total used time? *Please Note* At the latest, full payment is due, day of your event, BEFORE your departure from Envision.
Online Invoice. I will process total online payment (+ processing fee) in full via credit card or online banking. Regardless, I understand any amount owing from an overage is to be processed by me via cash, cheque, or e-transfer before leaving Envision.
