    Hey! I'm so happy you're here! Thank you for considering me as your new stylist. My name is Alexsa, and I am accepting new color clients. I would love to know more about your hair before we book you an appointment. This Form makes it so i can see what your hair goals are and if your desired hair color is achievable. This is required for NEW COLOR CLIENTS ONLY. I will read over them and send you a message via text OR Insta to book your appointment

     PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUISINESS DAYS FOR A REPONSE 

    Thank you for taking the time to fill out this new client form and considering me to be your potential Stylist. By completing this form, you understand that there is no guarantee that I will be able to take you on as a client; this just means I am not able to perform the service you want.  

    My schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, if you would like a Sunday or Monday appointment, I do charge a higher rate because those are my days off. I do require all Bigger lightening services (color corrections /bright blondes) to be booked in the morning.

    A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your appointment (does go towards appointment), please make sure to have it ready when booking.

    A 48 hour notice is required for a cancellation or to reschedule. In case that more than 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will lose your deposit and have to pay a $75 fee in order to rebook. If you do not show you will not be allowed to rebook at all.

    Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service you scheduled for and you may be turned away. As a courtesy to the stylist and other clients please notify if you are running late (even if it’s just 5 minutes)
