Vendor Compliance and Legal Responsibility
All vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that the products, merchandise, food items, services, and/or displays they offer for sale comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and permit requirements. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, certifications, inspections, tax registrations, or approvals required for their specific business activities.
Buffalo Events Marketplace, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue shall not be held liable for any violations of law, unauthorized sales, counterfeit merchandise, prohibited items, intellectual property infringements, tax obligations, permit violations, food safety violations, or any other legal or regulatory issues arising from a vendor's participation.
Any vendor found selling prohibited items, operating without required permits, or otherwise violating applicable laws or event policies may be required to cease sales immediately and may be removed from the event without refund at the discretion of event management.
By signing this agreement, the vendor certifies that they understand and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and accept full responsibility for their participation in the event.
Registration
All vendors must be approved in advance and fully registered before the event. Booth sharing or subleasing is prohibited without written approval from Buffalo Events Marketplace.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to secure vendor participation. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Buffalo Events Marketplace.
Set-Up & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive and load in strictly within the designated load-in timeframe. Early or late arrival is not permitted unless Buffalo Events Marketplace grants prior approval. Vendors must adhere to the assigned set-up and breakdown times. Early breakdown is not permitted and may result in removal from future events without refund.
Booth Space & Display
Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space without blocking the neighbor's space and walkway; only two persons are allowed behind the vendor booth at a time. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and power sources unless they are rented in advance through the event organizer.
Conduct & Professionalism
Vendors are expected to conduct business professionally. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or aggressive sales tactics will not be tolerated.
Liability & Damage
Buffalo Events Marketplace, the venue, and any sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors assume full responsibility for their property, equipment, and displays, as well as any damage caused to the venue or event property.
Right to Refuse or Remove
Event management reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any vendor who fails to comply with these rules without refund.
Outdoor Vendor Requirements-
Outdoor vendors must provide secure, weighted tents appropriate for weather conditions. Unsecured tents or unsafe setups will not be permitted.
