PLEASE READ PRIOR TO MOVING FORWARD WITH THIS APPLICATION:
**Payment is required in full to secure spot at each events. If an unforeseen medical emergency happens, booth rental fee can be applied to a different event;ther than that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
**Buffalo Events Marketplace ; the venue and the staff are NOT responsible for any goods or persons during the event. If your small business, food truck, or entertainment talent does not carry business or interpersonal insurance, it is not our responsibility. You WILL NOT hold BEM or any venue we work with responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Dependent upon venue rules and regulations we may require booth renters/vendors carry COI insurance and uphold specific venue standards like a no outside alcohol policy.
**Vendors must adhere to size rules and guidelines per booth purchased and understand if an outside event is chosen; it is vendor's responsibility to have a secondary source for power, tents for inclement weather conditions, and the proper supplies to build their own booth.
**Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents. All items must be secured properly for outdoor events.
**We try to keep vendors to only one of the same type of company for the best profits. Examples; fabric, jewelry, handmade items, paranormal investigators, freak show acts, mediums, OR personal readers (tarot/spiritual workers) understand the collective choice to advertise certain businesses over others in regards to event theming and sponsors may apply.
**Vendors must be within set up & tear down parameters for each event. Guidelines for each event will vary; generally the two hours prior and after are reserved with each venue in advance to accommodate this . Specifics for larger events will be communicated prior with the vendors via email. If you are not set up by opening time, a $20 late fee will be added to your booth rental fee and invoiced after the event. Owner must be notified before tear down or grant approval to close booth. In the event of an emergency staff must still be notified. If any trash is left behind by yourself or your booth a $50 fee will be invoiced to you and you will be banned from doing another BEM market until invoice is paid.
**We expect all vendors to promote themselves at these events to the best of their interpersonal ability.
**No political items can be sold, displayed, or worn at our events. We are not a political campaign space.
**Vendors who are going to miss or are suddenly unable to make a show they have booked or paid for in advance must notify Owner. Vendors will accrue a $40 fee on top of booth rental fee for next show for no-showing events.
**Vendors are responsible for costs associated with damage to facility including the parking lot, grass, fence, pavilion, bathrooms, bars etc.
**All vendors must dress appropriately; shoes and shirts required.
**Smoking, vaping, marijuana, binge drinking, drugs, are not allowed in our market or venue areas. However if your booth or business is 420 friendly or themed, paraphernalia will be up to venue approval.
**Food vendors MUST bring a waste basket that can be sealed and taken with them at the end of the event; we DO NOT condone food samples and food waste product in our venue waste area(s).
**No open flames in any market venue.
**Vendors who choose to bring children must notify Owner. Our markets are not to be held liable for any trauma, injury, or damage done to the children by adult content; i.e. monsters, horror themes, etc. We are not to be held responsible for disruptions and general conduct of minors to customers or other vendors.
**Pricing of goods sold at markets is sole responsibility of individual vendor. Fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive merchandising or collusion to set prices among vendors may be grounds for forfeiture of the right to do business at the market.
**It is the responsibility of each vendor to abide by all state and federal regulations that govern the sampling, production, labeling, or safety of the product(s) offered at each booth. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of vendor's booth. All food must comply with all applicable state and federal health and safety regulations. Proper labeling must be used as defined by proper authority. Documentation of certified scales must be displayed in the booth. Proper labeling about organically grown produce must be displayed.
**There is no transferring of booth to another vendor unless BEM approves the transfer and is notified within 48 hours of the event, as any new transfer will need a new application and payment must be made to new booth.
**All vendors are required to furnish proof of General Liability Insurance, provide a valid tax identification number (EIN), and comply with all pop-up vendor requirements as mandated by operating county and state regulations.
**An email with details will be sent after the application is received and maps of venues are finalized for events.
