We will review your request and get back to you with any additional details needed as well as pricing. All custom designs will be tested and need a signed design approval to move on to the final product, deposit will be required within 48 hours of signing design approval. A 50% deposit is required for custom designs to cover the basic costs of materials and labor in case anytime during the order being fulfilled you wish to cancel your order. If an item is being sent in to be embroidered, a waiver will need to be signed as well.
