Chocolate Vendors ~ what are your “Top” (2) or (3) Best Sellers or Signature Goodies that you’re most famous for…? We are NOT going to accept vendors who all make the same items….you will be selected by your specialty items. **The more original your item(s) are, the better chance of being accepted. Each Chocolate Vendor’s application will be reviewed & you will be contacted by Jennifer Greene (Jennifer Bell-Greene on Facebook) to discuss & finalize your goodies to be prepared for SAMPLES & to be sold in your booth(s)!*

YES - Sponsorship $250

Sponsors are always necessary, as they.can increase the advertising budget considerably. By this, we mean adding local radio advertising, larger advertisements in the local Jefferson, Sevier & Knox County newspapers, & additional tv advertising. Each Sponsor’s logo is attached to all correspondence, all event fliers, mentioned in all television interviews, all radio interviews and advertisements. Wherever our events are advertised, each Sponsor’s image & business will be front & center!

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE ~ $250

· (1) Complimentary reserved 10 x 10 indoor booth, located iinside the front entrance to the event location.

· Sponsor’s logo featured in Facebook posts about the event (if Facebook doesn't "flag" the sponsor's logo for copyright infringement).

· Daily promotion on Facebook, right up to the day of the event.

· Sponsor’s logo featured on all printed materials and our website.

· Sponsors may hang/place company banner(s) beneath the Field of Dreams' outdoor marquee and on the front entrance of the Activity Center.

· In the event of a televised interview, Sponsor can provide a sign or stand up banner that will be visible during the show's LIVE interview. Sponsor will be mentioned during all interviews.

· Sponsor’s logo will be featured in any/all newspaper advertisements.

· Sponsor will be mentioned during any/all radio advertisements.

**Submitting an application doesn't automatically enter your business in our Chocolate Festival. Once your vendor application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by Jennifer Greene (Jennifer Bell-Greene on Facebook) through Facebook Messenger (if you have a Facebook Profile) or text/email to arrange for booth fee(s) payment through Venmo or PayPal. By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you understand & agree that neither the event venue, Field of Dreams, or Jennifer Greene, are responsible for any damage/harm to you or your vehicles, trailers, or your booth items/merchandise, while you are participating in said vendor events. You assume all responsibility for yourself, anyone working with you in your booth, your booth's canopy & your personal belongings, during all events.

Upon acceptance of your vendor application, you are to send a photo of each vehicle that will be brought to the event, and its license plate. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL VIOLATE THIS AGREEMENT & ANY BOOTH FEES COLLECTED WILL BE FORFEITED. In short...think like Nike....Just Do It!

Vendor parking areas are NOT the main parking lot OR the gravel parking lot across the street from the Activity Center. Those lots are for shoppers ONLY.

Vendor parking areas are at the far end of the football field, or the gravel lot directly behind the Activity Center. You further agree that if your vehicle(s) are found in violation of the Mandatory Parking rule, any and all vendor booth fees, for any 2025 event(s), will be forfeited and you will not be permitted to set up at any 2025 events, and all future events hosted by White Rabbit Event Planners at Field of Dreams.

I WILL ABIDE BY THE RULES ASKED OF ME, by White Rabbit Event Planners or suffer the consequences outlined above.
