Terms and Conditions
Services Provided:
Nikki agrees to provide as-needed childcare for the above-named child(ren) at the parent/guardian's residence.
Scheduling:
Scheduling of services will be done via

, with a minimum of two weeks' notice.
Rates and Payments:
The payment rate is $25 per hour for one child or $30 per hour for one infant (under 12 months). Each additional child is $5 per hour, or $10 per hour for each additional infant.
Payment is due at the end of each childcare session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment can be made via Cash, Check, or Electronic Transfer (e.g. Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp).
Cancellations:
Cancellations may be made at least 48 hours in advance, free of charge.
A cancellation fee equal to one hour of childcare ($25 for one child, $30 for two children, etc.) will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Nikki will ensure the safety and well-being of the child(ren) at all times.
Nikki will engage in age-appropriate activities with the child(ren).
Nikki will provide meals and snacks as agreed upon with the parent/guardian.
Nikki will follow the parent/guardian's instructions for bedtime or rest times, including routines and schedules provided in advance.
Any additional duties or responsibilities must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of services.
Health and Safety:
The parent/guardian will inform Nikki of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of the child(ren).
Nikki will administer medication only with consent from the parent/guardian.
Liability:
Nikki will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the child(ren). However, the childcare provider is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the provision of childcare services, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
(Basically... kids will be kids, and we all know that sometimes bumps, bruises, and broken toys are just part of the adventure. Rest assured, Nikki will always do their best to keep things safe, but accidents can happen!)
