It is a condition that every exhibitor, sub-contractor, supplier and their agents comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and all other legislation, rules and regulations which apply to this event. I accept that it is my legal and moral duty to ensure that my own and other's Health and Safety is not endangered by my actions or inaction throughout the build up, event days and breakdown periods. In any dispute,the decision of the Safety Officer will be final and I will follow the instructions of event organisers at all times.
Payment:

If your application to trade is accepted, you will be issued an invoice for your requested booking. Upon issue of invoice, trade positions are held for a maximum of 48 hours.

If after this time, the accepted trader has not settled their invoice, the position will be offered to other traders.

Important:

If you are not in a position to pay your invoice should your application be accepted, please do not apply yet and only submit your application when you are in a position to commit and settle your invoice. This saves a lot of wasted time for all parties involved.
Cancellation Policy:

All traders have 14 days from the date the invoice was paid to cancel their position and apply for a full refund on the basis that their booking was made no later than 30 days before the event date. Any refund requests on late bookings will be denied.

Under exceptional circumstances Morecambe Event Co. may allow traders who need to cancel because of circumstances outside of their control an event credit. Allowing them to use non-refundable pitch fees on a later event.
