- You will be invoiced the full amount before any work is started. Any extra revisions that are charged will need to be paid before receiving final products.
- NO refunds are available at all after purchase as these are personalised items that take time, hard work & creativity to create.
- You may buy multiple individual items or packages as you like.
- Bespoke packages or items available upon request.
- On all branding & social media templates, there are TWO free revisions PER item.
- Extra revisions are £5 each PER item.
- The actual time frame for final products depends - will be discussed & agreed upon together. This also depends on how quickly get responds back from yourself during the sampling stage.
- Templates are editable on Canva which is free to use or option to upgrade.
- We currently do not offer printing services but recommend Vistaprint as a tried & tested company we have used for years who often have discounts.
